Set within the private, elegant surroundings of Goldsborough Hall, this immersive experience delivered by Karen Boldy (Professional Mindset & Performance Enhancing Coach) and Claire Morrell (Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Licensed LTA Tennis Coach) blends science-backed mindset performance with elite-level physical restoration.

This four-hour workshop has a unique approach supporting professionals and teams to boost performance by integrating physical, emotional, and mental intelligence. Participants will engage in targeted activities to understand how body, mind and emotions interact and develop strategies for sustainable performance and growth.

What You Will Experience

  1. Reset: Begin by finding your natural neutral with new physical and mental awareness.  Tune into your body’s signals, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounding (before growth there must be grounding).
  2. Rediscover: Your body and mindset’s current habits and routines, identifying those you don’t know yet too, which enhance or hinder your performance. Guided self-assessment tools will support you in recognising effective strategies and letting go of unhelpful patterns.
  3. Realign: Engage and activate strategic body and mind muscle groups together resulting in flow promoting unity and purpose emphasising how body, mind and emotions interact to support optimal functioning and performance.

Karen has over 25 years’ coaching and mentoring experience spanning both the professional football arena and multi-national corporate sector.

An ICF attested coach, and now the owner of Limelight Lifestyle Consultancy, she focuses on her passion of enhancing performance of leaders, business owners and professionals through hugely impactful powerful East meets West mindset and emotional rediscovery and reset coaching.

Claire Morrell – Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor

Claire has 25 years’ experience as a physio specialising over the last 20 years using a unique treatment approach to neuro musculoskeletal conditions that includes integrating holistic physio techniques with pilates and acupuncture.

Claire’s experience has been gained whilst working in the NHS, private and occupational health sectors.  Now the owner of Goldsborough Physiotherapy & Pilates she continues her passion of optimising clients life.
